RESERVATION DETAILS
Room Rate: Available to guests beginning October 1st – October 10th (If you would like to book outside of these dates, you are responsible for the current room rate at the time of booking)
Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made from October 1st – October 5th. If a player remains in the tournament past October 6th, they are guaranteed a reservation extension
Hotel Reimbursement
Top Seed Tennis Club will reimburse on the following terms:
Who: Main Draw Players ONLY (Until eliminated)
Amount: 50% of room rate*
*Reimbursements will ONLY be made for reservations booked at Embassy Suites at Lexington Green, Oct. 3-8, 2022.
*Reimbursement Cap: $84.50/night
Start Date: October 3, 2022
End Date: Elimination
Reimbursement Policy:
-Once a player is eliminated and checkout is complete, you are REQUIRED to submit a hard copy, in-person, of your receipt to the Player Services Desk located on-site at Top Seed Tennis Club
-Reimbursement requests MUST be submitted, in-person, on the same day of checkout
–NO reimbursements will be mailed
TRANSPORTATION
The following transportation is available to tournament participants and guests:
Airport Shuttle
All shuttle requests to and from the airport MUST be made through Embassy Suites at Lexington Green. Please make your reservation by calling:

Tournament Shuttle
Transportation between Top Seed Tennis Club and Embassy Suites at Lexington Green will be available free of charge for ACTIVE credentialed Players and Coaches.
The shuttle will begin at 6:15am and will run between both sites approximately every 60 minutes.

MEALS
BREAKFAST
Embassy Suites at Lexington Green will provide breakfast for all tournament members and guests throughout the reservation.

LUNCH
Lunch will be provided on-site at Top Seed Tennis Club

DINNER
Top Seed Tennis Club will provide each player + coach a dinner voucher to be redeemed at Embassy Suites at Lexington Green.
Vouchers will be distributed daily and are available to active tournament participants only. You must claim your voucher on-site at TSTC each day.

BLUE GRASS AIRPORT
Blue Grass Airport is approximately (20) minutes from Top Seed Tennis Club and Embassy Suites at Lexington Green.
Airport Shuttle
All shuttle requests to and from the BLUE GRASS AIRPORT MUST be made through
Embassy Suites at Lexington Green.

Louisville International Airport is approximately (80) miles from both Top Seed Tennis Club and Embassy Suites at Lexington Green.
