GROUP FITNESS

CLASSES

MAT PILATES

   Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control & muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles. 

YOGA

   This class will help you develop your core strength while focusing on coordination, flexibility & stability based movements.

   Participants will develop their posture & body alignment, enhance balance and relieve stress.

   All levels and abilities welcome.

 

 

HIIT

A high intensity interval training class aiming to get you moving and your heart pumping. This class will work to improve your endurance and push towards increasing your VO2 max.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

  A fitness class to improve your overall strength and mobility.  A combination a weights, calisthenics and agility work to increase lean muscle mass, speed and make everyday life movements with ease. 

BEGINNER FITNESS

This class is for those new to their fitness journey or looking to get back into shape. The purpose of this class is to show you the foundations of fitness and help you stick to the lifestyle change.
